Chris “Pup” Lyon

Christopher Lyon is the Chief Innovation and Growth Officer (CIGO) for Command Post Technologies. “Pup” brings over thirty years of experience from Air Force active duty, government service and industry. He began work in DoD cyber in the early 2000’s, and was one of the original staff of the Joint IO Range program. His expertise includes cyber range design and implementation, cyber test, training and exercise planning and execution, cyber-focused modeling and simulation, and cyber intelligence analysis. Prior to joining Command Post Technologies, Pup was a Senior Technical Director at CACI, Director of Business Development for Cyber at CACI and LGS Innovations. He has experience managing large R&D efforts, as well as guiding implementation of innovative technical solutions and cyber related capabilities. When not guiding CPT innovation and growth initiatives, Pup proudly gives back to his community through volunteerism, supporting his local Alamo AFCEA Chapter as President of their STEM Education Foundation (501c3) and serving as their VP of Scholarships and Education. He is also very active in the CPT internship program, cultivating relationships with a number of major universities in the San Antonio and Orlando
