Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is a prime vendor for the Navy’s SeaPort-e contract (contract number: N00178-15-D-8138). Seaport-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas such as Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps use this vehicle to contract for their service requirements. Quality is important because CPT values its customers. CPT strives to provide customers with services which not only meet, but exceed their expectations. CPT is committed to continuous improvement and has established a quality management system which provides a framework for measuring and improving CPT’s performance. Control measures are developed to ensure superior performance is delivered on time and right the first time. Lessons learned in deliverable preparation and performance are fed back into and shared with the broader CPT programs.

CPT has the following systems and procedures in place to support in CPT’s aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement:

In addition, CPT understands the need to secure sensitive and federally protected information that personnel will be exposed to during the execution of contracts. CPT maintains a Top Secret Facility Clearance and ninety-eight percent of personnel currently maintain security clearances for federal agencies. CPT complies with physical security requirements and access to Government facilities, records, and information systems. Internally and off-site, CPT maintains all contract data and information in a secured location that is accessible only to those personnel working on the contract. CPT makes sure to safeguard all Government equipment, information and property provided for CPT’s use. At the close of each work period, Government facilities, equipment, and materials are secured.
