Mr. Scott Bisciotti is the President and CEO of Command Post Technologies, Inc. Mr. Bisciotti is a former Army officer who graduated from the Citadel with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
Mr. Bisciotti established Command Post Technologies from his home in 2008 with the goal of creating a people-centered business that gives opportunities for teammates to provide for their families, communities, churches, and other organizations. The centerpiece and foundation of the company is a culture of caring with committed, compassionate leaders that lead our team and serve our clients with creative and innovative solutions. CPT is a diverse, veteran friendly organization with 70% of employees being veterans. The Inc. magazine named CPT to their list of fastest growing companies in 2013 and 2014. Our team continues its growth trajectory today. CPT has also received Inside Business’s Roaring 20 and Entrepreneurial Excellence awards.
Mr. Bisciotti has over 30 years of experience in leader development along with business operations and strategic development.
Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, Jimmy Phillips is the coordinating Command Post Technologies executive in the Hampton Roads area. Mr. Phillips manages day-to-day business operations, supports staff, and implements PMO processes by teaching, coaching, mentoring and developing PMs. Before joining the Command Post Technologies team, Mr. Phillips served in the U.S. Army for 25 years and gained expertise in defense contracting as a Senior Program Manager for Cubic Corporation.
Director of Business Development
Steven Duke is the Director of Business Development and has been a Business Development professional since retiring from the Army in 2011 following a 25-year career as an Armor Officer. He joined the CPT Team in June 2019 and is charged with building and expanding professional relationships within industry and government and identifying areas in government services where CPT can use the company’s performance and experience in pursuit of future successful opportunities. With former experience in large businesses like Raytheon, Duke enjoys the responsiveness, agility and sense of cohesion that being a part of the CPT Team brings.
Director of Human Relations
Ms. Joelle Edgeman is a cleared Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience in her field including full lifecycle recruiting, employee relations, training, benefits, strategic planning, human capital management, coaching management staff, and conflict resolution. Ms. Edgeman holds a key leadership role in setting CPT’s human capital strategy, shaping corporate culture, ensuring we remain compliant with all state & federal regulations, and promoting CPT’s goal to be a “best in class” employer within our business size and industry.
In addition to having her master’s degree in Management from Troy University and her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman College, she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Ms. Edgeman also proudly completed 22 years in the Navy and Navy Reserve, retiring as a Chief Yeoman/E-7 in 2010.
