- You’re automatically enrolled in basic life and basic accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to you. Long-Term Disability coverage is also provided to all benefit eligible employees at no cost. Employees have the opportunity to purchase supplemental Life for themselves and dependents.
