    Over a 3 year period, successfully built the IO Range from a USD(I) study and new start program into a USJFCOM capability with more than 60 projects and events executed annually.
  • Extensive Program and Project Management for the Information Operations Joint Management Office (IO JMO) and the IO Range managing a $12M annual budget with OSD and Service Stakeholders.
  • Experience providing both program and project management for more than 40 projects executed annually on the IO Range for 3 years.
  • Vast experience with each of the Department of Energy National Labs and their support to each Service’s Cyber, IO and critical infrastructure protection initiatives.
  • Vast experience developing business processes and procedures for the IO Range and integrating with the IO Range user community across each Service, the Combatant Commands and the Interagency.
  • Operational experience with Counterinsurgency Operations and Irregular Warfare in both OIF and OEF Theatres.
  • Support to Program Management activities and organizations for Interoperability Testing and T & E of major acquisition programs such as the Army’s Future Combat Systems.
  • Experience providing Subject Matter Expertise to the USJFCOM Unified Endeavor Mission Rehearsal program and JFCOM Certification and Accreditation of Service Training Programs.
